As quick as a flash this year we’re celebrating our 10th birthday. Northforge has come a long way since it was first conceived at a kitchen table back in 2011. The studio has steadily grown and there’s still lots more to come.
During that time we’ve collaborated on so many incredible projects and nurtured lots of great talent. Despite all the work we made a promise to always make time to play. Working to a brief is always exciting, but when we’re creating studio projects we get to explore avenues with more creative freedom.
With this latest ‘Play’ film we decided to pay homage to the classic 80’s movie ‘Back To The Future’. It’s a film we’ve all loved and still do. Plus it seems rather timely to create an animation that reflects on the passage of time as we find ourselves doing just that after ten years. The whole team got involved with this project and we’re delighted that the talented composer Jamie Wright joined us to write this nostalgic soundtrack.
