Lamb Weston

This project was all about celebrating the universal love for fries, and Lamb Weston’s passion for spreading happiness through their delicious creations. This feeling was amplified with their choice of track, the infectious song made famous by the film Flashdance, ‘What a feeling’. With a few tweaks they adapted the tune to reflect their potato-themed extravaganza that showcases the irresistible charm of their curly fries.
From whirling, synchronised potato formations to eye-catching sequences brimming with texture and flavour, the animation bursts with personality and fun.

We started our creative process with boards devised by Lamb Weston’s UK agency Folk. From this point our creative approach focused on bringing the potatoes to life as characters in their own right, exuding positivity with every perfectly fried twist and curl.

The film represents an exciting journey for Lamb Weston, as they continue to share their message of joy, connection, and potato passion with the world. And you just can’t help but sing along to the tune!

We are delighted with the outcome, and working alongside The Gate Films was, as always, an absolute pleasure. Together, we’ve created a commercial that embodies the spirit of celebration, delighting audiences and spreading Potato Positivity one curly fry at a time.
