Born Ugly’s original brief was to enhance the packaging experience, based on the vision and purpose identified through their thorough discovery phase. They had already seen photorealistic stills that our team had created for previous clients, so knew we were capable of delivering premium results. Having already started the science visualisation we were up to speed with the brand and approach. The pack renders would be required to show the nuance of details in the packaging materials, textures and gloss spot varnishes and ultimately hero the significantly elevated and sophisticated new brand experience.
As previously discovered there are huge benefits to our team building the digital stills. Primarily it allows, with ease, the replication of imagery across all product variants. Every detail is matched, making any deliverables for multiple territories far easier. In addition it allows us to work on similar timelines to the run up to a product or brand launch.
In the case of MitoQ we had all the digital photography finished for the entire range of bottles and unboxing experience, before the product labels had been printed, allowing the product imagery to be built into communications prior to the launch.
